We offer top-notch tool and process design services and gear cutting tool trainings.

PVD coating is a vital phase in both manufacturing and reconditioning metal cutting tools: it makes the tool function better and the tool life longer. We are the pioneers of PVD coating in Finland and the only Finnish manufacturer of special metal cutting tools with an in-house PVD coating department.

Reconditioning metal cutting tools pays off! We have in-house resharpening and PVD coating departments which ensures that the process does not have any unnecessary delays. Our tool reconditioning service has been awarded The Key Flag symbol as a sign of Finnish work.

We want to make tool reconditioning easy for you! Our service car fetches the tools from the customer’s pick-up spot and returns them after reconditioning.

Our stocking and storage services ensure short delivery times and prevent production stoppages caused by missing or broken tools and equipment. The service is always tailored according to the customer’s needs and wishes.

We design and manufacture e.g. cutting tools and punching tools by using EDM wire cutting. We can also provide EDM wire cutting as a subcontracting service.

When a tool reaches the end of its tool life we are happy to take care of the recycling for you. We also buy bigger batches of carbide and HSS scrap for recycling.
