The new JR-Tools website offers an improved user experience and a more comprehensive view of optimising the lifecycle of metal cutting tools. The site structure has been updated, and the content is now more versatile than before.

The latest customer satisfaction survey at JR-Tools shows that our investment in high-quality products and expert service is clearly reflected in our customers’ daily operations. The results confirm that our customers see us as a reliable tooling partner.

The latest employee survey at JR-Tools shows that employee satisfaction is at a high level. Our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) reached 57, which is an exceptionally high result in the industrial sector.

JR-Tools has been awarded the internationally recognised ISO 9001 quality certification. The certification marks an important step in the continuous development of our operations and reinforces our commitment to high quality.

Our sustainability report 2024 has now been published. By publishing the report, we want to be transparent about how we, as a company, make decisions in our daily operations and the values that guide them.

We are participating in the Circular Economy Act of the Year in Central Finland competition, which highlights initiatives that promote circular economy practices within a specific region or industry in Central Finland.

JR-Tools Oy has been selected for Kasvu Open TOP 60 list of growth companies. Over 200 companies participated in Kasvupolku (Growth Path) coaching, and now 60 of the most promising ones have been selected. The companies on the TOP 60 list will compete for the title of Growth Company of the Year.

This spring, we sent a customer satisfaction survey to our entire customer base in Finland. We received a gratifyingly large number of responses. The results were clear: our customer satisfaction is at a very high level and our customers value high quality and sustainability.
