Excellent Employee Satisfaction
We monitor employee satisfaction annually, with responses collected from our entire workforce. The survey was conducted anonymously, and each theme was evaluated alongside its importance to the respondent.
Our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) reached 57, which is an exceptionally high result in the industrial sector. This reflects strong commitment, trust in the employer, and a high level of job satisfaction among our employees.
Strong Professional Pride, Customer Focus and Teamwork
Employees rated the company’s products and services at an excellent level. All quality-related statements scored over 90 out of 100.
