I joined JR-Tools in 2018 as a Sales Coordinator, a role that also included responsibility for the company’s communications and marketing. Today, I work as Communications & Marketing Manager, and my responsibilities also include our company’s sustainability matters.

In addition to defining strategic guidelines for marketing and communications, my role involves hands-on implementation. My tasks include creating content for JR-Tools’ social media channels and website, producing various marketing materials, writing newsletters and press releases, and managing internal communications. I am also responsible for sustainability communications and compiling our sustainability reports.

What I value most in my work is the ability to plan my tasks independently and to have a real impact on how the JR-Tools brand develops. My previous role in sales coordination provided me with valuable insight into our business operations and customer base, which is a significant advantage when planning communications and marketing activities. I also appreciate the opportunity to continuously learn new things. Our business environment and company are constantly evolving, so staying up to date is essential.
