I do programming for a few machines, manufacture new metal cutting tools and resharpen tools. When needed, I cover for my colleagues and operate other machines and do manual grinding. I am also training our new CNC Grinders. In production we usually work in two shifts. It is a big plus that we are allowed to do 10-hour evening shifts so we will have the Fridays free.

I think that JR-Tools is flexible as an employer. If you need to change shifts or you want to have a holiday it can be arranged – the main thing is that the production does not stop. The team spirit here is unique.
