I started my career at JR-Tools as a trainee when I was finishing my studies in automation engineering. I worked at the former parent company of JR-Tools and my main focus point was to develop the quality management system by creating a program to calibrate a measuring machine.

After I had graduated and completed my military service I started working as the Production Manager at JR-Tools. I have been the CEO since 2010 and in 2011-2012 I was also the CEO of our subsidiary in Sweden. I became a Partner in 2013. Outside of work I have continued to develop my professional skills by studying Economics and Business Administration at the University of Jyväskylä.
