I work as a CNC grinder, and my main task is resharpening drills. Previously, I worked for a long time in the construction industry, so I’m a career changer. The work of a CNC grinder is diverse because the tools vary, and it requires precision. My goal is to keep learning new things, and I’m particularly interested in learning how to manufacture new tools.

We have a great work community here, and I get along well with everyone. The employer has always been flexible in granting time off when needed. I also appreciate that evening shifts can be done over four days if desired, allowing for a longer weekend.
